Shipping Changes and Order Cancellations
Order Cancellation: If you cancel the order that was placed Before shipping, the processing fee will not be charged. If a customer ordered the wrong model and wants to place a new order, after the second order is received, the original order will not be charged any processing fee.
Change of Address: No charge fee.
Order Cancellation: If your order is shipped and cannot be modified, you may reject the package and 10% of the product cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $10-$50. RONTEN will provide a return shipping label, and the designated carrier will collect the return package.
Or the customer may also choose self-return or arrange the return shipment by himself.
Change of Address: Normally, we will not be able to change the address after shipment. However, we can try to contact the logistics provider to change it for you, but we cannot promise you that the change will be successful. If the address can be changed, a part of the modification fee will also be charged, please contact us about the modification fee.

If you haven't received the item, however, the logistics order shows the goods have been signed. In this situation, please contact us in 3 business days. Otherwise, after 3 working days, we will no longer deal with this issue, and customers need to contact the corresponding logistics company to solve this issue.
What is backorder?
Backorder is any item that is temporarily out of stock. Products are usually in stock and can be shipped immediately. However, if we are unable to ship your order immediately, and the manufacturer is unable to ship directly to you, we will immediately email you of any delays and make our best estimate of when the item will be ready to ship.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
