About payment of return shipping fee
If the item is defective, damaged or received the wrong item, we are responsible for the return shipping cost. We will contact you by mail to arrange the return.

Shipping Changes and Order Cancellations
Before shipping

Change of Address: No charge fee.
After shipping
Order Cancellation: If your order is shipped and cannot be modified, you may reject the package and 10% of the product cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $10-$50. RONTEN will provide a return shipping label, and the designated carrier will collect the return package.

Change of Address: Normally, we will not be able to change the address after shipment. However, we can try to contact the logistics provider to change it for you, but we cannot promise you that the change will be successful.
