Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and This means they must be unused and in their original packaging with all product materials, such as manuals and accessories. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

About payment of return shipping fee
If the item is defective, damaged or received the wrong item, we are responsible for the return shipping cost. We will contact you by mail to arrange the return.
You want to return it if you ordered it by mistake or if you didn't like the product when you received it. You need to bear the return shipping fee, and you need to pay 20% of the return procedure (Total order price).
If returning an item, please ship it back within 30 days after you receive approval. Further delay may void your return.

Exchanges

Refunds

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
